HUBSPOT

Cookies

Cookies set in a visitor’s browser by HubSpot

The HubSpot tracking code sets a number of tracking cookies when a visitor lands on your website. These cookies fall into two general categories:

  • Essential / necessary cookies: essential cookies that do not require consent.
  • Consent-based cookies: cookies included in the GDPR consent banner.

Essential / necessary cookies

__hs_opt_out
This cookie is used by the privacy policy opt-in to remember not to ask the visitor to accept cookies again. This cookie is set when you give visitors the option to opt out of cookies.
(Expires: 13 months)

__hs_do_not_track
This cookie can be set to prevent the tracking code from sending any information to HubSpot. Setting this cookie is different from opting out of cookies, as it still allows anonymized information to be sent to HubSpot.
(Expires: 13 months)

hs_ab_test
This cookie is used to consistently serve visitors the same version of an A/B test page that they have previously seen.
(Expires: end of session)

_key
When you visit a password-protected page, this cookie is set so that future visits to the page from the same browser do not require another login. The cookie name is unique for each password-protected page.

HS-mesaje-este-deschis
This cookie is used to determine and save whether the chat widget is open for future visits. It resets to close the widget again after 30 minutes of inactivity.
(Expires: 30 minutes)

HS-mesaje-hide-welcome message-
This cookie is used to prevent the welcome message from appearing again for a day after it has been dismissed.
(Expires: 1 day)

__hsmem
This cookie is set when visitors log in to a HubSpot-hosted site.
(Expires: 1 year)

Consent banner cookies

__hstc
The main cookie for tracking visitors. It contains the domain, utk, initial timestamp (first visit), last timestamp (last visit), current timestamp (this visit), and session number (increments for each subsequent session).
(Expires: 13 months)

hubspotutk
This cookie is used to keep track of a visitor’s identity. It is passed to HubSpot when a form is submitted and is used for deduplicating contacts.
(Expires: 13 months)

__hssc
This cookie keeps track of sessions. It is used to determine if HubSpot should increment the session number and timestamps in the __hstc cookie. It contains the domain, viewCount (increases with each page view in a session), and the session start timestamp.
(Expires: 30 minutes)

__hssrc
Whenever HubSpot changes the session cookie, this cookie is also set to determine if the visitor has restarted their browser. If this cookie does not exist when HubSpot manages cookies, it is considered a new session.
(Expires: end of session)

messagesUtk
This cookie is used to recognize visitors who engage with you via the messages tool. If the visitor leaves your site before being added as a contact, this cookie is associated with their browser. If you chat with a returning visitor using the same browser, the messages tool will load their conversation history.
(Expires: 13 months)

Ad Tracking

If you use the HubSpot Ads tool to select and install your Facebook pixel on pages with the HubSpot tracking code, HubSpot will link the placement of that pixel code with the cookie notification banner. If you require opt-out consent via this banner, the Facebook pixel will not be able to set cookies on a visitor until they have opted in.

If you have manually placed the pixel code on pages (e.g., by editing the site’s HTML header), HubSpot will not be able to control which visitors Facebook can set cookies for.

For more information, please consult Facebook’s Business Tools terms and Facebook’s cookie consent guide.

Third-Party Cookies

HubSpot cannot control cookies placed by third-party scripts on your website. When a visitor accepts cookies via the HubSpot consent banner, they only accept HubSpot cookies. However, you can set up code to detect when a user has accepted or refused HubSpot cookie tracking and then send this information to your third-party system. Learn more about using HubSpot’s consent banner for third-party scripts.

Additional Information

Learn about removing cookies created by the HubSpot tracking code that are included in the GDPR consent banner. When a visitor’s cookies are deleted, the visitor will be considered “new” and will see the cookie banner the next time they visit your site.

Visitors who visited your website before the cookie policy banner was created will already have cookies created by the HubSpot tracking code in their browser. Therefore, they will not see the cookie policy.

Personal Data Protection – HubSpot

To optimize your experience with the digital communication environments used by Felicitta, we have implemented the CRM system provided by HubSpot. This system involves a series of activities, which we explain below:

  1. Information We Collect

By completing the forms on the Felicitta website, you send us personal information. We request this information to learn more about you and to be able to provide you more quickly and easily with the information you need. The information is stored in the HubSpot system (the information goes to HubSpot’s cloud and is stored on HubSpot servers in the USA). The information we collect and manage using the HubSpot service belongs to us and is used, disclosed, and protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you visit our website

You are free to explore the website without providing any personal information about yourself. When you visit the website or register for a subscription service, we ask you to provide personal information about yourself and we collect browsing information.

“Personal information”

This refers to any information you voluntarily send us that personally identifies you, including contact information such as your name, email address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about you or your company. Personal information may also include information about you that is publicly available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google.

Personal information includes browsing information. Browsing information refers to data about your computer and your visits to websites, such as your IP address, geographic location, browser type, referral source, duration of visit, and pages viewed. See the section “Use of browsing information” below.

Log files

When you view content provided by us, we automatically collect information about your computer’s hardware and software. This information may include your IP address, browser type, domain name, Internet Service Provider (ISP), files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics), operating system, click data, access times, and referring site addresses. This information is used by HubSpot to provide general statistics regarding site usage. For these purposes, we link this automatically collected data to personal information such as name, email address, address, and phone number.

Information we collect from third parties

From time to time, we may receive personal information about you from third-party sources, including partners with whom we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities, and publicly available sources such as social media sites.

2. How we use the information we collect

Compliance with our Privacy Policy

We use the information we collect only in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Customers who complete our forms are contractually required to comply with this Privacy Policy.

We never sell personal information

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Use of personal information

In addition to the uses identified in the previous chapters of this Privacy Policy, we may use your personal information for:

  • to improve your browsing experience by personalizing the website and enhancing the communication service;
  • to send you information or Felicitta content that we believe may be of interest to you by post, email or other means and to send you marketing communications relating to our business, in accordance with your communication preferences;
  • promoting our services, products and sharing promotional and informational content in accordance with your communication preferences;
  • providing other companies with statistical information about our users – but this information will not be used to identify any user;
  • to send you information about changes to the Terms and Customer Services, Privacy Policy (including Cookie Policy) or other legal agreements.

Our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above will depend on the specific personal information involved and the context in which we collect it. However, generally, we will collect personal information from you only where we have your consent to do so, where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you.

If we ask you to provide personal information to comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contract with you, we will clarify this at the relevant time and advise you whether providing your personal information is mandatory or not (as well as any possible consequences if you do not provide your personal information). Similarly, if we collect and use your personal information based on our legitimate interests (or those of any third party), we will clarify those legitimate interests at that time.

Use of browsing information

We use browsing information to deliver the best content to you and to continuously improve the website. We may also use browsing information alone or combined with personal information to provide you with personalized information about Felicitta.

Security of your personal information

We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We secure the personal information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All personal information is protected using appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures. All these solutions are provided by HubSpot. For more information about HubSpot security, please visit https://www.hubspot.com/security.

Social Media Features

Our website includes social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and widgets. These elements may collect your IP address, the page you visit on our websites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly.

External Websites

Our website provides links to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these other websites. Providing such links does not imply our endorsement of these other websites, their content, owners, or practices. This privacy policy does not apply to these other websites, which are subject to any privacy policies and other policies they may have.

Public Forums

We offer areas on the site where you can leave messages accessible to the public. Please note that if you disclose information directly through these public areas, the information may be collected and used by other users. We will correct or delete any information you have posted on the sites if you request this, as described in the section “Unsubscribing and Opting Out” below.

Retention of Personal Information

The length of time we keep the information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as detailed below. After such a time, we will delete or anonymize your information or, if this is not possible, securely store the information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.

When there is no longer a need to process your personal information, we securely delete or anonymize the information or, if this is not possible, securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. We will delete this information earlier if you request this, as described in “How to Access and Control Your Personal Data” below.

If you have chosen to receive marketing communications from us, we keep information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period from the date you expressed interest in our content, products, or services, such as when you last opened an email from us or stopped using your HubSpot account. We keep information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period from the date these data were created.

3. How We Share the Information We Collect

Service Providers

We hire other companies and individuals to provide services to visitors of our websites, and we may need to share your information with them to provide you with information, products, or services. Examples may include removing duplicate information from prospect lists, analyzing data or performing statistical analyses, providing marketing assistance, augmenting the information you provide us to offer you better service, and providing customer service or support. In all cases where we share your information with such agents, we explicitly require the agent to acknowledge and comply with our privacy and customer data management policies. These processes do not involve transferring information to these entities but only facilitating access to this data in the most secure way.

4. International Transfer of Information

International Transfers within HubSpot Entities

The information collected by HubSpot is stored and processed in Ireland and the USA.

This privacy policy will apply even if we transfer personal information to other countries. HubSpot has taken appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected. HubSpot holds standard contractual data protection clauses that have been approved by the European Commission and is based on bilateral agreements regarding the protection of personal data — the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks.

Privacy Shield Notice

HubSpot participates in and is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Switzerland-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. The following affiliated entities comply with the Privacy Shield principles: HubSpot Ireland Limited, HubSpot Germany GmbH, HubSpot France S.A.S, HubSpot Australia Pty Ltd, HubSpot Asia Pte. Ltd., HubSpot Latin America S.A.S, and HubSpot Japan KK. HubSpot publicly commits to subjecting all personal data received from the European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, under the Privacy Shield Framework, to the applicable Principles of the Framework. To learn more about the Privacy Shield Framework, visit the U.S. Department of Commerce Privacy Shield List at https://www.privacyshield.gov.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Felicitta, through HubSpot technologies, uses cookies or similar technologies (such as web beacons) to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movements on the website, and collect demographic information about our overall user base. To learn more about how we use cookies on our website and how we manage your cookie preferences, see our Cookie Policy.

What Types of Cookies Do We Use and How?

The specific types of first-party and third-party cookies served through our websites and the purposes they serve.

Essential Web Cookies: These cookies are strictly necessary to provide services available through our website.
Performance and Functionality Cookies:These cookies are used to improve the performance and functionality of the website but are not essential for their use. However, without these cookies, certain functionalities may become unavailable.
Analytics and Personalization Cookies: These cookies collect information used either in aggregate form to help us understand how our website is used, how effective our marketing campaigns are, or to help us personalize our website for you.
Advertising Cookies:These cookies are used to make advertising messages more relevant to you. They perform functions such as preventing the continuous reappearance of the same ad, ensuring proper ad display for advertisers, and, in some cases, selecting ads based on your interests.
Social Network Cookies:These cookies are used to enable you to share pages and content that you find interesting on our website through third-party social networks and other websites. These cookies may also be used for advertising purposes.

What About Other Tracking Technologies, Such as Web Beacons?

Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We use a software technology called transparent GIFs (for example, Web Beacons/Web Bugs), which helps us better manage the website by informing us about which content is effective. Transparent GIFs are tiny images with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track users’ online movements. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the user’s computer hard drive, transparent GIFs are invisibly embedded on web pages or in emails and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We use transparent GIFs or pixels in our HTML-based emails to inform us which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of certain communications and the efficiency of our marketing campaigns. We link information collected by transparent GIFs in emails to the personal information of our customers.

6. Data processing through customer communication services

To efficiently manage customer communication (messaging, notifications, support), we use the Respond.io platform as a data processor. Respond.io is integrated with the WhatsApp Business Platform and is authorized by Meta to provide access to API functionalities, according to the latest WhatsApp Business Platform regulations.

Through these services, personal data such as: phone number, name, exchanged messages and interactive responses may be collected and processed. This processing is conditional on the consent expressed by the user or contractual needs (e.g. customer support, confirmations, notifications).

The data is stored and processed by Respond.io in compliance with applicable GDPR standards, and the data transfer between Felicitta and Respond.io is based on a contractual data processing agreement.

Users have the right to withdraw consent, access, rectify or delete data stored via WhatsApp messages. Further information on exercising rights can be found in the “Your Rights” section.

Final Provisions

We reserve the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions, as well as to the website itself, without prior notice to users.
